The service

Bicep Heart AI turns one photo of an adult, uploaded with their consent, into one seven second vertical video of the bicep heart pose. Each video is a one-time digital purchase; there is no subscription. Bicep Heart AI is operated by ZHONG YAO.

Results are generated automatically by third-party AI models, currently seedance-2-5, can vary between runs and may not match your request exactly. We may change, improve or discontinue features, and we will give notice before discontinuing paid features.

Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Bicep Heart AI. You must provide accurate information, keep your login secure and are responsible for activity on your account. One person may not create multiple accounts to collect free credits.

Acceptable use, moderation, reporting and enforcement

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy at bicepheartaivideo.com/aup. You may not generate or upload: (1) pornography or NSFW content; (2) violence or gore; (3) hate speech; (4) child-unsafe content, including CSAM; (5) deepfakes or impersonation of real people; or (6) content that infringes copyright or trademarks. Malware, fraud and illegal activity are also prohibited. You must have the rights and consent needed for everything you submit.

Content moderation: prompts are screened by OpenAI moderation before any credits are charged, and flagged items and reports go to an admin review queue that the operator reviews.

Reporting: report content, a user or a copyright problem to support@bicepheartaivideo.com. We aim to respond to reports of CSAM or other critical harm within 24 hours and to other reports within 3 business days.

Enforcement: depending on severity we may warn you, remove content, restrict features, suspend or permanently ban your account, forfeit remaining credits for serious or repeated violations, and report illegal content such as CSAM to the authorities. You can appeal within 30 days by emailing support@bicepheartaivideo.com.

Credits

Using Bicep Heart AI costs credits, shown next to each feature before you start. New accounts receive 0 free trial credits. Current prices are listed at bicepheartaivideo.com/pricing. Credits are a prepaid licence to use the service; they have no cash value, cannot be transferred or resold, and are deducted when a generation starts. If a generation fails, its credits are refunded to your balance automatically.

One-time credit packs

Credit packs are one-time purchases, from $9.90 to $39.90. By completing checkout you authorize a single charge of the amount shown; packs never renew or top up automatically.

Billing and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Orders are sold and processed by our Merchant of Record, Waffo.com Limited (Waffo Pancake), which handles payment, billing and refund inquiries and appears on your statement; we never see or store your full card number. Prices shown exclude applicable taxes, which are calculated and shown at checkout. Credits are added to your account once the payment is confirmed.

Credit validity and termination

Purchased video credits do not expire while your account remains open. You may stop using the service and ask us to close your account at any time by emailing support@bicepheartaivideo.com. If your account is closed by you, or terminated by us for a reason other than a violation, unused purchased credits are retained for 30 days following termination so you can request a refund under the Refund Policy; after this period, unused credits expire without refund. Accounts terminated for serious or repeated violations of these terms forfeit their credits.

Refunds

A full refund may be requested within 7 days of purchase if the purchased credits have not been used. Credits that have been consumed are non-refundable. Duplicate or mistaken charges are refunded in full. Nothing in these terms limits statutory rights you have under the law of your country, including the 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers in the EU, UK and similar jurisdictions where it applies. Your content and AI-generated output

You keep ownership of what you submit. You grant us a limited licence to store, process and send it to our AI and safety providers solely to generate, screen and deliver your results. As between you and us, you own the results you generate, to the extent the law allows, and may use them for personal or commercial purposes, subject to these terms and the rights of others. AI output may resemble content generated for other users and may not be eligible for copyright protection. Your use of results is also subject to the terms of the underlying AI model providers. You are responsible for how you use and share your results, and must label them as AI-generated where the law or the platform you post to requires it.

Our intellectual property

The Bicep Heart AI name, logo, website design and software belong to ZHONG YAO or its licensors. These terms do not give you any right to use them except to use the service as intended.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that results will be accurate, unique or fit for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZHONG YAO is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Breach, suspension and termination

If you breach these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, we may remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate your account as described in the Acceptable Use Policy. You are responsible for losses we suffer because of your breach, including claims by third parties whose rights your content infringes. Where possible we will tell you the reason and give you a way to appeal.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. For material changes we will give at least 15 days’ notice by email or on the site before they take effect; continuing to use the service after that means you accept them. Questions about these terms: support@bicepheartaivideo.com.
