Acceptable use policy

Pornography / NSFW

Do not create or upload sexual or sexually suggestive content, nudity, sexual acts or fetish content, and do not write prompts that describe sexual acts in explicit detail.

Violence / gore

Do not create graphic violence, gore, self-harm, torture, or content that threatens, glorifies or incites violence against a real person or group, including terrorism or violent extremism.

Hate speech

Do not create content that attacks, dehumanizes or harasses people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, caste, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability or serious disease, and do not use slurs against those groups. Harassment or bullying of any private individual is also prohibited.

Child safety / CSAM

Zero tolerance. Do not create or upload any content that sexualizes minors, depicts child sexual abuse material (CSAM), or grooms or endangers children, and do not upload images of anyone under 18. We remove such content, permanently ban the account and report it to the relevant authorities, such as NCMEC.

Deepfakes / impersonation

Do not use Bicep Heart AI to impersonate real people. Do not create content that depicts celebrities, public figures or other real people, imitates their voice or work, or presents generated content as a real recording of someone. Only upload images of yourself, or of an adult who has clearly agreed to this use of their likeness, and never use them to deceive, defame, harass or commit fraud.

Copyright / trademark infringement

Only submit text, images and other material that you created, own or have permission to use. Do not reproduce copyrighted works, or use logos, brand names or trademarks in a way that suggests endorsement or infringes the owner’s rights. Rights holders can send a takedown notice to support@bicepheartaivideo.com with the link or result ID, a description of the work and proof of ownership.

Other prohibited uses

You may not use the service for spam, scams, fraud, malware, illegal activity, or to promote illegal drugs, weapons or dangerous acts. You may not try to bypass our safety filters, scrape the service, resell access or interfere with its operation.

Content moderation

Inputs: before any credits are charged or a model is called, every prompt is screened by OpenAI moderation. Blocked requests are not generated.

Reports: user reports sent to our support email are acted on, and we may remove content or restrict accounts. Automated decisions and removals are logged with their category and time, without storing prompt text or file links in the log. We review the prohibited-terms list at least monthly and after every report.

Content moderation of generated results

Every generated result is held until it passes AWS Rekognition face and frame check. A clean result is delivered to your account; a flagged result is rejected and its credits are refunded automatically. If screening is unavailable, the result stays on hold rather than being delivered.

Private results

Bicep Heart AI has no public gallery. Your results are private to your account unless you choose to share them yourself.

Reporting

Report content, a user, a copyright problem or a safety concern by emailing support@bicepheartaivideo.com. Include the link or result ID if you have it and a short description. This mailbox is monitored by the operator. We aim to respond to reports of child sexual abuse material, credible threats or other critical harm within 24 hours, and to other reports within 3 business days. Content found to violate this policy is removed promptly after confirmation.

Enforcement actions

Depending on severity and history we may: (1) warn you; (2) remove the content; (3) restrict generation features; (4) suspend the account; (5) permanently ban the account; and (6) report illegal content, including CSAM, to law enforcement or the relevant authorities. Credits spent on removed content are not refunded, and credits on accounts banned for serious or repeated violations are forfeited. If you believe we made a mistake, reply to our notice or email support@bicepheartaivideo.com within 30 days to appeal; a person will review the decision.
